You let us into your life and soul, and you did it with some amazing cinematography along the way. It doesn't hurt that your both charming and beautiful humans. I hope you are enjoying your side of the camera as much as we enjoy our side. Don't forget to be true to yourselves, and all will be well. Fair winds and following seas.

Great vids, I watch you every week. Bits of free advice - take that for what it is worth. You seem to be tabbing in the bulkheads in 2 stages. One to do the bog to lay in the cove. And then secondly adding the glass. You can do this in one step. Just put the wet glass straight over the bog before it goes off. Saves time and sanding. A variation of this is when glassing onto a rough surface, through down some sloppy bog and then glass straight on top. The sloppy bog will fill the crevices. Next, when tabbing with cloth or roving cut the cloth at a 45deg angle to the weave - use a straight edge and marker to mark it out. This has 2 benefits. Firstly, you will have both strands going at 45deg angle to hull/bulkhead join. This means both strands are working and the will be a lot stronger. Secondly, the strands will lay through the curve(concave or convex) without standing up and creating air bubbles. The cloth will be a bit harder to handle(it will want to "come undone") but is well worth the effort. You are doing a great job and you both are a joy to watch('cause I don't have to do the sanding!).

  • UMA has incredible lines for a 50 year old boat. This boat can last another 50 years ❤. Great.
  • @dcplunkett
The joy of discovering the right special tool for the job -- such a delight.
  • @IEnigIMa
In construction, they say it takes 20% of the time to do the first 80% of the build and 80% of the remaining time to do the last 20% of the finishing build. Long way to go, but it’s looking great! Happy 400th ❤❤❤❤
