How to always be high? The practice of Brahmacarya!

This man is blissed out. Power of brahmacharya. It’s a blessing to know and practice this path.

Such calmness in your eyes. Such radiance can only be found in a yogi, a brahmachari 🙏

These teachings are from the heart and soul, not from the books. And not lip-service. Thank you for this profound lesson, brother. 🌹

Three principles (for my memory) 0? Stop every once in a while to see if you feel that flow of divine energy at any moment 1. Renounce your action, give to the divine. 2. Remember that the divine is working within you, let it flow through you. 3. The divine is all around, in everything.

I am always happy as long as I choose to focus on my inner joy. Anyone can do that who believes it is possible so easily. Your belief makes what you are. :)

Charya means the path, brahmacharya is the path of the ultimate.

This concept of not being attached to the results reminds me of the stoic concept of virtue is its own reward. Acting virtuously is the goal itself regarding of the results.
