I have seen alot of situations like this lately with multiple luxury brands :(. I know it may or may not always help but def best to thoroughly inspect the bag in the store before it comes home AND before it gets handled putting products in and out. Especially with nails and that leather scratches so easily. I have the blue 19 and have done that so many times. Thankfully ultimately it is a casual worn look bag. I feel this one has a similar look with the leather

Hi! I stumbled upon your channel. Hahaha I looove smelling my leather bags so nothing wrong with that! I also bought my very first 22 mini (black with GHW) right before 1st Sept and I’ve got the organiser. I was on holiday in Sydney at the time. So lucky I got mine and I checked it in the shop to make sure there were no quality/scratch issues before I left. Keen to watch your next video to see how the exchange trip turned out. Really gotta be careful these days with these labels. What happened to quality control right?

I have a Hermes Picotin 18. The Chanel Mini 19 reminds me of it. I have heard that the leather scratches very quickly on these bags. Consider getting the Hermes Picotin instead, especially if you want to use it as a casual bag. If you decide to keep it, consider calling it Blue Bird.
