I rescued a baby cockatiel that was 2 weeks old. Hand fed him and he grew into the sweetest, kindest soul. He lived to be 22 years old and I miss him every single day.

This man's gentleness and love brought me to tears. I once raised a kitten from a day old, The vet said he wouldn't take it. I kept a written hour by hour record of how I brought him up. The vet photo copied it and used it. I hadn't a clue what I was doing but played it by ear. He lived with me for 10 years, and it broke my heart when I lost him

I love cockatiels so much! I adopted one when he was 8 weeks old. By the time he was 6 months old, he could talk. The first thing he learned to say was “I love you little bird”! 💗He will be 20 years old in August 🥰

I love that he’s making the lady’s bird enclosure larger. She is a fellow animal carer that deserves it! Amazing to be able hear the different birds inside their eggs!

From the very fact that a tiny sound alone from an unhatched chick amongst so many eggs was enough for the lady to realise, to the care that went into helping Muppet, and now to hear that the lady's aviary setup will be made better accessible for her? This was the wonderfully uplifting story I needed <3 What wonderful people, and how strong their love for birds is!

The little snippet at the end about you helping her make her Aviary better and easier to access made my heart so happy! Being disabled myself, it broke my heart to see her having to squirm into that door backwards and risk falling over onto one of her precious birds. 😢
