Jeff I feel like I owe you money for this. I can’t express how much confidence you’ve given me as a new home owner. I no longer google “how to do” anything. I just come to YouTube and search that same task on your channel. Thank you a million.
  • Bro… once I found your videos, I stopped watching anybody else’s. Not that they’re inadequate, but because you make it seem so easy. When it comes to extreme DIY, you must have confidence. And I leave your videos with my chest out, ready to smack a polar bear. Every single project I’ve done in my home is thanks to you. You’re a god among men. All the tips, the tricks, and seemingly answering my questions as they arise in my brain. It’s unreal sometimes. But the most important thing about your videos, is that they allow me to pass this knowledge on to my sons and daughter. And then they’ll pass it. Your simple presence and humbleness to share all that you know with complete strangers is true love. And the world needs more of it. Please keep doing what you’re doing. I’m just one subscriber, but you’re changing the world. One video at a time. And for that, I thank you.
  • I’ve really enjoyed watching hundreds of hours of your videos. Your the perfect teacher for do it yourself type people You really are a jack of all trades and master of covering up the imperfections with caulking. Keep up the good content! Your videos have helped me with so many projects I’ve done for the first time.
  • My Father and I used to work as general handymen and offered make-ready services as well back when I was about 13 through high school. I learned so much from him, as he learned from his father. But now, as time has begun to pass by. I am unable to rely on his help. The resource you are providing helps to reinforce what he taught me. Thank you so much for what you are doing. This information is tradecraft, and GREAT to know information for anyone willing to do it themselves. An already subscriber just wanting to say thanks.
  • I just completely remodeled my entire kitchen using many of your videos. Cabinets, plumbing, tile backsplash etc. Just got the crown molding left. You saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you very much. I watch every ad on your videos and like/share them just to show a little support. Doesn’t cost a thing! Thanks again.

This guy is a god send he makes it look so simple. My rental properties that I buy now I take the time to do it myself instead of a contractor. Saves me so much capitol and understanding of what I need exactly from a contractor
  • I'm a painter and have always been told it was my job to fill nail holes. Never has the carpenter filled the holes, but I like that idea!

So the strangest thing to ever happen to me, I fell asleep with the tv on and woke up to this guy building a shed. I tossed and turned and I thought I was dreaming.Jeff was building a flippin shed with amazing detail explaining every last step.I watched a guy build a shed for 2 hours lol. Jeff I am handy and I have completed many renovation projects but there was always details missing.Your vision of a channel and truly sharing your years of experience has re written the book on DIY and given myself the boost that I needed. Thank you for doing what you do from myself and I'm sure a million other people.
  • When I measure for inside cuts I stretch the tape (me being right handed) from right to left about halfway, mark a round number like 60" then stretch the tape from left to right to my mark and read the measurement and add it up. 👍 Perfect every time.

Jeff, I wish to thank you for your constant support for the DIYer. I thought I was foolish to renovate my bathrooms (2 full bathrooms), your format from planning, storage of materials to install, place to set up tools to deconstruction, and renovating are truly a blessing! Thank you Sir!!
  • This is a very talented individual who can work and talk at the same time, and also know all the things he knows about.
  • I’m so thankful YouTube highlighted your video based on my recent DIY binge watching 😅! I’ve been losing my battle with first-time baseboards & trim in two bedrooms. KUDDOS, MUCH RESPECT, and HUGE THANKS for your incredible teaching! The information you give is fantastic but your delivery via video is why I’m intently watching and able to comprehend! I’ve watched hundreds of DIY vids & I’m sure you know better than I, most are not DIY-er friendly, they are short in time & content, sped up, not narrated and/or certainly don’t go over in detail the tools and WHY. it was your “shout out to those carpenters out there that don’t fill their nail holes” that prompted my comment! It was awesome 😂🙌🏻… I subscribed. And I’ve never seen a “Super Thanks” QR before but I’m going to give you one after I post this! THANKS for your channel 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ve built and done every trade. You don’t do every trade exactly like a pro would, but you’re probably the most comprehensive person showing the average person how to do the trades. Keep up the good work. My only input from the video... at least show people how to cope your inside corners even though most DIY people won’t do it. Also, always nail the flat part on the trim. You can’t properly putty inside the grooves or on any radius. Flat area can always be filled and sanded perfect.
  • Thank you for putting all this information together in one comprehensive video that answers all questions: yes, go get an 18g nail gun right now, and a rubber air hose, what kind of sealant to use where and why, back the door trim off the hinge, glue your corners, where and where not to put the nails, how to get spot on mitered trim corners, and use a square to make sure your saw blade is vertical before you start. Thanks for taking the pain out of the front end of the learning curve.
  • @martyvictor363
Its a pleasure to watch an organized professional. I appreciate your expert advice. Thanks for sharing.
  • Totally loved the statement it isn't the painter's job to finish yours.. As a painter I have gone through far too many man hours filling trim nails, caulking corners, etc... Love your channel and advice Sir...

He is so helpful! A real asset to those of us trying to learn some new skills. Plus he says “process” like a true gentleman! 😊
