I do a load of warm-ups, this day included the following;
135 x 15
135 x 12
185 x 10
225 x 10
175 x 6
325 x 3 & repeat for another set of 325 x 3
350 x 2 (repeated again for 2 more)
365 x 1
"cool down" set of 135 doing 10 "reverse" bench and immediately switch and do 20 more "regular" 135's

    I'm a big guy..6'2 and weigh about 285...i can put up currently 325..any tips on how to get to 365? I'm tryign to add 10 pounds to the bar every month! i have days where i do back off workouts but i always try to push forward.. just 10 pounds a month!
