I truly believe it may come down to addiction. Addiction to the rubbish we are sold to eat that purpose-built to addict, along with stress of everyday life. It is very hard to break that cycle unless you dedicate your life to true health. One step at a time will find you healthier than ever. Temptation will always be around but a healthy body and mind can resist temptation much much better than a decaying body and mind. Peace to all and thank you brother for this video.

Dear Paul! I just started watching every video of yours from the oldest. I was watching video about Enrique Candioti raw vegan ice cream maker and start researching about him cause I have thyroid issues and he died in 2021 from brain cancer. Do you know if he was raw at those times? Thank you!

The majority of people in the world live from hand to mouth, packed in blocks of flats in tiny apartments and work hard without any perspective of gettiing someithing better out of this life. I agree with what you're saying but someone produced the camera you're recording with, and these people work like slaves in China and many other places in the world. I eat fresh food, I don't eat processed grabage but if I wanted to eat locally living in a concrete jungle in Poland as I do, I'd have to starve or live on potatoes and apples. I think most people can't afford a piece of land in order to grow their own food but some do whatever they can to eat as healthy as possible. In Poland it's nearly impossible to find LOCAL organic food, there are only a few farms in the whole country that do that but most people cannot afford buying from them. People spray their own food in their own gardens with poison and if you ask them why they're doing it they'll tell you that nothing will ever grow if they don't. Europe is in dire condition anyway, we're on the brink of war so I guess we're just trying to survive and not allow our sons to perish.
