I'm sorry but if your boyfriend or girlfriend hates your pet, dump them. They should be able to love every part of you, and your pet is a big part of your life. You are an even bigger part of your pet's life; you are all they have. Treat them right. They don't have anyone else to look to.

Lots of people are expressing how they wish this story had a happy ending, but that’s the point. If a happy ending was put on this story, that would pretty much kill what the video is about. Abandoning your pet can have awful consequences, as shown in this video. It wouldn’t have the same effect if it showed the dog being rescued.

Our pets are literal angels, all they want is our love. They always love us unconditionally no matter what. How can some people be so cruel 😔

This painfully reminded me of my own dog. Miniature Australian Shepherd, I adopted him when he was 3 years old. Though he was surrendered to a shelter instead of abandoned outside, we weren't told much about his previous living situation except that he was raised by an elderly couple who thought taking care of him was too much work. He has very intense separation anxiety now and always needs to have some kind of physical reassurance that I'm there with him, like he's terrified of being abandoned again. I can't help but picture all those weeks he spent alone in a shelter pen, discarded by the two people he loved more than anything. Of course I don't know the full situation of that elderly couple, but sometimes I can't help but resent them for doing something so callous to such a good boy...

I had a dog named Wags and my mom's ex dropped him off somewhere because he bit him. What makes it worse is that he was holding him by his neck, so I don't see why Wags wouldn't bite him. Also Wags wasn't even his dog, it was my dad's dog. My dad doesn't live with us anymore and we were supposed to care for Wags... This all happened around 6 years ago..

I've just woke up after dreaming an abandon beagle dog . In my dream he was telling me his story while i was feeding him . I asked him that ' you don't look like a street dog ' . He said with tearful eyes " My owner left me when i tried to protect his home alone baby from a street dog the baby was scared and was crying but when the owner came he punched me very hard on my face and from that day i am a homeless dog . The most heartbreaking words he said were " i am tired of this world , i want to live very less in this meanful society "😢. Then i suddenly woke up with tears in my eyes and firstly , i searched for this video .
