Yep, everybody knows Not to park on tall grass, and drunk, ignorant behavior by a no excuse.

This is insane. He obviously did not mean to start a fire.

EPA and CARB caused this fire by requiring Catalytic Converters on cars. They should have forced Auto Makers to put warning labels on the windshield telling owners not to be stupid and do not park in tall grass. He should sue.

I think he was hired by government or land developers trying to buy the burned land for cheap.
