Draining day at school from being so on edge all day and then the quiet week continues as the UK is locked down. Not much talking just the ambient noise of an almost silent city.

I've been in hospital 3 times in 2014 due to excessive Alcohol abuse that has led to acute pancreatitis. This has been building up over the 18 years of my drinking life that now finds me aged 39 and in recovery.
