My first car was a 1970 cougar with a 351 windsor. Back in the day a stock cougar was considered more of a grocery getter than a muscle car. Drove it for many years and really enjoyed it,think I sold for next to nothing compared to its value today.

Back in 1970, when I was a hot Navy pilot, I had a 1970 Cougar with the Cleveland 351. It was the ultimate chick magnet. (wings of gold didn't hurt either) It was faster than my brother's Mustang.
