You know you've been a good parent when your grown son has this reaction after not seeing you. He doesn't care who sees him crying, cause all that matters in the moment is that he's hugging his mom. This is so sweet! Well done mama!

5 years is a long time to not see your son. She must really really love him to give him this opportunity to play basketball in another country knowing it would be hard to visit.

I’m 25, lost my mom when I was 12. So I’ve lived over half my life without her. Still have dreams where I see her. No matter how long you always miss momma. Edit: Thank all of you for the prayers and for sharing your stories. I send all the love right back! We’re all connected through loss, but we can always try and gain strength from pain. Both had to make sacrifices to be far apart from each other for five years…. The love they both had for each other just makes this reunion a true blessing❤ Thanks to all the coaches for making it happen to this great guy who still misses his momma 👍👏
