I love how Simon really takes the time to point out little facts. Most constuction guys dont care to teach little tidbits. Shows a true master who cares!
  • If they had a demolition event added to the Olympics, I think Yanis would take the gold! I’m glad he made it back from Paris after all the festivities and power outages!
  • @JaxonsDd007
Yea Billy..glad your back with the camera..we love Alex and know how great it is to have him. But you are our comfort zone. We appreciate all the hard work.❤

This show just gets better and better......anf one of the best things is the crossover from all the channels!

11;42; AND the light rings are spring/summer growth, the dark rings are fall/winter growth. people don't think about trees growing during dormancy but they do. a little bit anyways...
  • Years ago I worked for a man who owned a large landscape construction business. When he was a child in depression-era Los Angeles he started his first business hand-dragging gas station lots with a 2x4 with magnets attached and pulled by a rope. One penny for 10 nails or screws.

So glad to have Yanis and Simon team again. I love you all and love that magnet. I need one badly. Thanks Billy.
  • @hennym5674
Loving the classical music Billy. Thanks for all your work and time you put into the videos!

Things are doing more than Cracking On , they are busting loose ! Each episode just brings more excitement for the next. Amazing job Billy ...it must be awesome to see your thoughts of transformation coming to fruition . Absolutely amazingly well done 👍

Yanis has got to be one of the hardest workers in all of France.
  • That giant magnet is genius! And in my dream of volunteering at the Convent, THAT is a job I could actually manage! (I am disabled & it is rough -- painful -- for me to travel even within the US. Doesn't keep me from dreaming of being an unskilled volunteer worker at the Convent. Crack on, Team Petherick!

I love watching the restoration and remodeling of the various areas of the Convent! The History of how it was built is amazing to see uncovered. I give huge props for everyone's hard work. Thank you as well for the new energy efficient appliances you use; those will be great to find when I restore or build my next home! Brilliant work Billy and team!

Computers will rule the world. Lol. I'm old, I still use knobs on stove. Great job

this place is going to look amazing when you are done.
  • Thanks Simon for showing us the tree rings. If you notice the older one with more rings. Thin rings means less rain. A dendrologist can tell the age of a beam or piece of wood by taking a sample and comparing it to a chart. Can't remember at the moment how far back the chart goes but they have been able to date from 1200BC, pretty cool.
