Wow..another why me job. The encroachments on the area make me laugh. I had to deal with that for years. People think it’s easier to just chuck their debris over the “back fence”😣. You have completed another great job.

Ohhhh I remember this wacky property!! The owner really would do well to have you maintain it on a regular basis. Not only would you do a better job but your presence would serve as a reminder to those neighbors who tend to junk it up. It's Probably to gain access for a Brush Firetruck for those homes. That be able to make fireline with clearance. Especially with those Sheads all a long there. And that's why it needs to be maintained.
