Evan, this video had me from the first note of the steel guitar to the last bite of the burger. Thanks for showing the world what putting the love in food means. Come July 19, Alabama Charley is gonna bust up in L&L. I look forward to seeing you.

Onion rings looked great. Burger patty looked great. I had a charbroiled burger recently without cheese after eating only cheeseburgers for like a gazillion years and it was delicious. I highly recommend trying one without cheese, it reminds you that a hamburger can be great.

Looks Amazing. Always go Charbroiled on my burger when possible. Also do Chargrilled wings over deep fried if the option is available. Love the Char flavor!! Can't beat it. 😋😛😛👍👍✌✌. Thank you for sharing Evan.✌
  • I need to make the drive up from New Braunfels! I would definitely try this burger! I got a great burger idea! Some of that LeRoy chorizo added to the smoked burger with some pico! Now that would make a great Tex Mex burger!

I bet that would be great, crunchy crust on oniin ring, onion, pickled jalapeños, bbq sauce and always the star, high grade brisket burger with grease everywhere, fat is flavor

All I can say is "Hey Brother!" with a little hand/finger gesture. Great looking burger. Can't wait to try this at home. Great job and please, keep'em coming.

Love the videos and food!!! but no academy awards for the acting. 😂

That looks awesome .Best of both worlds, smoked and charbroiled. I much prefer a thick charbroiled burger over the fad of the thin smashed burgers.

Everyone loves these "lacey" smash burger. WHY!?!? What is so great about a burger smashed to the extent of its life where the edges are potato chips?? Gimme a quarter or third pounder, smoked, and then direct grilled.

If its is so tall you cant take a full bite, then it's ridiculous. Make a normal sized burger and get the o rings on the side.
  • Quite the decision to include the part about San Francisco. When Texas is busing people against their will to other states, randomly calling out a progressive city is a notable choice. Unsubscribed
