Hi!

How was your weekend? Were you able to get some rest? I am so happy Max and I were able to spend time with his family for Thanksgiving. This weekend was so relaxing and full of delicious food! I always love being at home with Max’s mom and cooking with her.

Anyway, we are almost finished with wellness month! To wrap things up I’m excited to share with you a 25 minute intense upper body workout so that you can really sweat it out and finish the month feeling strong. I would love to hear what you thought of my workouts and if you would like to see more of this! Thank you for coming on this wellness journey with me.   • I don't have hand weights at the moment so I just held my ankle weights or strapped them around my wrists and that worked! Fun video, thanks!
