That’s A Tasty Meatball

Ingredients
Beef Mince (500g) #Lidl
2x medium sized Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp All Purpose Seasoning #KitchenQueen
1x Shrimp Seasoning/Stock Cube #Maggi
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper #Schwartz
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (for mixing)
2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs (for coating)

1. Pour the mince into a bowl
2. Then add the onions, salt, cayenne pepper, all purpose seasoning, shrimp seasoning and 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs.
3. Mix it all together by hand.
4. Take a hand full of mince and roll it’s in your palm till it’s round to your liking and place on the chopping board or plate.
5. Then get a large bowl and pour in the 2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs, place half of the meatballs in and toss until evenly coated.
6. Heat the oil on medium heat, gas mark 5, and then place the meatballs in (in two batches frying approx. half of them each time.
7. Allow to fry for 5-7 minutes then use kitchen thongs to take them out and place them in a plate or sieve with kitchen towels to drain off the excess oil.
