“Destination Sunrise” always felt a little like a road movie song to us. This is what I used to call a "driving song". If you're not already in the car, it makes you want to take out on the open highway; a song for starting a road trip at dawn. As always, your musicianship and talent for composition are on full display, but the added dimension of your stunning photography and video footage perfectly complement and amplify this delightful song. Just one more day and then we can share with the world!😀

Now, normal folks would take a vacation, and come back with dozens of photos, or maybe a video, of the pretty scenery. But that wouldn't be enough for Mona and Lisa. They set their video to a fantastic original song, and turned it into this!♥️

“Heading out to make dreams…” Love those lyrics. It is the quintessential song of adventure and free spirit for me. The guitar work is brilliant from the outset and throughout with that good ole rock and roll feel and wonderful guitar sounds, and the gorgeous harmonies evokes the passion and longing for freedom and wonder of being alive in this beautiful world. They don’t make amazing rock and roll songs like this anymore, with superb guitar work and incredible harmonies, thank you Mona and Lisa, you are true music legends. The video with the beautiful back drop of Iceland perfectly aligns with the song, superb videography and story-telling. I feel like I’ve been to Iceland. Top notch drone piloting too. I love everything about this video and song.

A little Revolver-era Beatles mixed with a little country swing and you've created a toe-tapping hit.

Your video is wonderfully done with some beautiful Iceland scenery. Driving into the sunrise is a perfect ending. I hadn't listened to “Destination Sunrise” in a while. I love the guitar work, the vocals (as always), and the new video fits so nicely with the song. It strikes me that this video is a great “Visit Iceland” promotional video. I've never been there, but just viewing the video makes me think that it’s a great place to visit. It certainly looks like you two had a great time. Maybe Iceland should have paid for your trip!

Fantastic music, fantastic scenery, fantastic video and they did it all themselves! The driving beat makes you want to get in the car and cruise on down the highway. The 'Why?' album is so great! 🙂

In terms of harmony and energy, the song is as good as, for example, “California Dreamin'”

I love this song DESTINATION SUNRISE….if I was still a country music radio DJ I would have this song in rotation…YES on COUNTRY RADIO…not every country song has to be about beer..honky tonks …picking up women at closing time…Mama…trains…..this song has great country beat to it…I just love it….and the video fantastic…..a major label production company would have taken weeks if not months with a crew of 20 people to produce this video…..these two girls went to ICELAND and left their video man…Papa Rudi..at home….two girls a week in Iceland and voila..here it is …one heckuva video…..well done ladies…and per usual I love what you do and THANK YOU FOR DOING IT❤️🧡

Ok, so a really good tune with excellent production but a WOW on the video production! Congratulations on this very accomplished content. I wonder how many viewers appreciate the work that goes into 1) "writing" the music and lyrics 2) performing (including all of the different instruments and harmonies) 3) producing the final sound track, 4) creating the video content and 5) putting it all together. I don't remember anything recently on youtube of this quality!

Ladies the final shot of you all driving towards the sun captures the whole video. Not to mention the amazing and gorgeous scenery. One of my favorite songs from Why? I listen to it all the time while traveling to our next spot with my RV. The video captures the excitement of traveling and exploring new sites. Fantastic job of video editing.
