France is the de facto leader in Europe, EU Pres., had been in PH with investment interest, why not them?...just be thankful that SCS is monitored from Europe.

Good move! this is a big opportunity for PH, in term's of Military tech and economic Alliance, as EU and the US are now moving out from China in terms of investments, we could solidify our stance and be a partner with EU in terms of business, technology and security! win win for us! because this can create more jobs opportunities and possible economic boost to our nation.

France has territories in the Altnatic, Pacific and Indian Ocean. And France has the largest military force in Europe after Russia. French territory is closer to us than Hawaii is.

Mas malakas ang France kaysa sa atin in terms of Assets and Logistic Defence capability.

... let's hope France stays in the Philippines for many years. Mabuhay sa Pilipinas!

Karen Davila or Karmina Constantino should be the one who conducted this interview with this Gentleman from France. I like Gretchen Ho but the anchors beside her are quite rude to be honest.

Don’t let the French into the pact if you don’t want to lose your land like Cambodia.
