That mat is not good enough for excercises Charlie. You need a mat with some compression or else you might as well use the floor. That mat is just for use on the sandy beach so you don't get sand all over your stuff.

A couple fun facts for you Charlie: all "hand sanitizers" are toxic(just read and google the ingredients), same with snickers, coffee, sugar syrup, etc.. You are better off eating fruits, rice, and chicken, while you are out there getting in shape. Cheers.

Charles as I have been saying this is the type of content people want to see. Keep it up and after a while you can do two a week or so. It’s easy to consume, when people go home and get bored they can watch this while they work, eat etc.
