charles heres a tip i learnt in japan to deal with sweating whilst sleeping in summertime, A GIANT BATH TOWEL placed on the bed where i put my body. not only does it absorb sweat and therefor keep sheets cleaner for longer, as towels are cotton it also helps to keep the body slightly cooler, noticably so. ALSO it takes about 13.47 seconds to hang the towel in the sun to air it and slightly disinfect it, thus keeping it slightly cleaner for a bit longer.
