  • I'm so glad I found your channel. Some of your exercises are too advanced for me, however, you do them slowly, which allows me to at least try to do them without completely giving up. If I can do 2 or 3 that is fine with me as long as I'm challenging my body, building strength and endurance. I can progress to more reps as I get stronger. Thank you so much.

    OMG no jumping and still very challenging. Loved it; I didn`t feel like jumping today after the 30 min cardio to celebrate 700 K yesterday 🥵 so this FB with weight was perfect and did it with 2 x 12 kg 💪💪 Thank you Kaykay to make me able to be stronger and stronger ..... But still far away from your level .... Who knows ... one day perhaps . Love 🙏💋❤
