This guy had already been convicted of assaulting a child/children. Was recently incarcerated and submitted to a mental evaluation, assaulted three officers and was still on the street. Why was he not deported after the first incident? When a migrant has an incident as he did resulting in an assault on a minor they used to be immediately deported upon completion of their sentence. Why is it we aren't doing this anymore. Had he been deported after the first assault, Rose would be alive and growing today. Our institutions are working against us not for and with us !
