So it took SCOTUS two months to tell us what we already know.

Definitely, no surprise Hopefully there will not be any confusion on what is an oficial act.
  • Another office thing is when you send out food to a place that has just been devastated by earthquake
  • Many view former President Trump's actions related to January 6, 2021, as an effort to challenge the 2020 election results and maintain his presidency. His actions and rhetoric, which included urging supporters to protest the certification of the electoral votes, have been heavily scrutinized and investigated. The intent behind these actions is often seen as part of his broader effort to remain in power following his electoral defeat. Such actions are not considered official acts of the presidency. Official acts are those duties performed as part of the President's constitutional and legal responsibilities, such as signing bills into law, vetoing legislation, issuing executive orders, and conducting foreign policy. Efforts to challenge election results or influence electoral processes for personal or political gain fall outside the scope of these official duties and are considered political activities.
  • Sounds like common sence. Why did it take so long? I am not a legal scholar. No surprise with me.
  • Anything done to further personal gain, must be viewed as an un-official act.
  • I like how you changed that around when Trump said that line after Joe said he beat Medicare you changed it to boarder patrol 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Before the verdicts they are the most important decisions the Court will make - after the verdicts, nothing to see here, move along.
  • Excuse me, CNBC; but you are asking the man who wrote a legal opinion that gave another president the idea that he could use "enhanced interrogation" techniques specifically banned by the Geneva Convention and other treaties, techniques that would have never been allowed in US Courts or state courts as well- you are allowing a man who wrote that opinion that underlies the multi count case for kidnapping and worse that is still an open case against our Ambassador to a foreign nation at that time- a criminal case at that against POTUS minions for these crimes. Alberto Gonzales deserves to remain silent and forgotten, along with other trash from the ashbin of history.
  • Now the Supreme Court gave me As a American citizen immunity on anything I do to save my property-my life—my family and to live my life happily and peacefully at any cost—THE PURGE In THE United States will now begin
  • He doesn't believe his own words. That's why he stuttering 😂😂😂
