Today is Friday, our first day in Malaysia. We visited Jamek Mosque and had lunch at the bustling bazaar nearby. We were also pleasantly surprised to meet a local security guard who spoke our Yunnan dialect, making the journey full of surprises and freshness. Let's explore together!

I suggest for you to connect with Malaysian Chinese Muslims Association (MACMA) so your family can communicate with Malaysian Chinese Muslim communities easily and they also can help you..
  • On behalf of Malaysians please apologise if there's any inconvenience situation you've had. May Allah protect you and your family and enjoy your vacation.

As a Malaysian Chinese, you can buy a card called touch n go at anywhere especially at convenience shop, this card allows you to take public transportation, highway tol or others. It’s very convenient otherwise most of places do not accept cash. Take public transport is good but if you have more budget can take grab car otherwise walking on the street is too hot in Malaysia

Masjid jamek is quite small to accommodate jumaat prayer to include woman. Since jumaat prayer is not wajib for woman to attend, so only big mosque are able to accomodate small area for woman. But it should be no problem for woman to join for the 5 times daily prayer in all the masjid in malaysia.

In Malaysia, dont worry about halal food, coz you can find everywhere not only near mosque. But if find shop look like chinese or indian restaurant or food shop just asked them first either halal or not, coz some of it operate by muslim chinese / indian. If still feel uncertainty some of the shop better dont go in.😁 Majority malay muslim shop is halal.. to make it easier can ask malaysian surround you, dont worry they will response you guys.. 😍
