Watching your videos is so trippy to me. I get the feeling like when you realize your mom isn't holding onto your bike and you're on your own. It's a feeling of both panic and excitement. And it happens over and over. Realizing me, the bike, my mom and the outsider observer ect. Are all one thing and separate at the same time. I mean I get that feeling/realization in the "real world" (spontaneous awakening?) But it feels safe when you point at the illusion and my brain doesn't want to reject the is ness as fast. Thank you

totally on board with what you say except for when you mentioned "kundalini". When that eruption of energy started within my being and began its work of unravelling all the conditioned structures/traumas/falseties, making its way up to the crown to now understand all that you are saying because there is no resistance from the internal dialogue. Kundalini is not a fad or yoga. It is the cosmic eraser. Love your work God, appearing as Anna :)

Wonderful, clarifying talks…so glad I stumbled upon you😊

This had it's first aha non-duel moment. In meditation I moved to adjust myself about 5-10 mins in. Normally I would mentally beat myself up about messing up my flow. Then maybe think I needed to start over to get the most out of the meditation. Instead I said to Self that it's ok and laughed about it in my head. I found myself moving more times(almost like dancing or swaying)during the rest of meditation and it was then a magical new inspired meditation. No more perfection and control.......just be. Thank you/me for showing the light that's inside💜
