  • Great interview. I loved the quiet pauses. Most interviewers are afraid of silence and call it dead air. Silence is not dead its where the ALIVENESS is.

When Anna speaks she doesn't speak from thoughts rather she speaks from the knowing.
  • Anna rocks! Just love hearing her talks! it’s anti-anxiety inducing for me, or rather for my apparent Character. 🥰

"Questions dissolve and yet it all appears to continue" ❤ That's basically it.

It's so rare to hear someone speak without "ums", "errrs" and "likes" peppering their speech - just total brevity and clarity, Anna is amazing, one of the realest MFers I ever heard.

Anna has a simple and precise way of saying it, that makes us realize. I first felt really good listening to her, because I resonated deeply. Then my mind started trying to make sense of it all, and it really doesn't work. It's something really beyond words, beyond the mind. In the end, not many words are left, which is very helpful in quieting the mind. For someone like me who deals with depression, anxiety, ruminating thoughts.... someone who feels scared, ashamed, and guilty of "who I am" because of human beliefs, this makes me feel at peace. If there isn't me, I don't identify with anything anymore, I let go of how I people perceive me and how I perceive myself. And there is freedom. I feel somehow grief, and emptiness, cause we are so identified with the me (personality, our body, our mind, our thoughts and emotions). So, emotions have been coming and going, and they're positive and negative, but I feel lighter, my mind is quieter, I'm a lot more at peace. Sending love, everybody/nobody! Thank you Anna, for the reflection and the tap on the nose!
