I wanted to make wonton wrappers with the philips pasta maker too. So I tried to make the dough softer and thinner.

I enjoyed your video and learned a lot with the machine. The music was very relaxing. Thank you and blessings!

Thanks for creating this video. Everything I needed to know. Can't wait to try. In the future, maybe cut the long shots (watching the excursion process and cutting) down. It's longer than necessary.
    Thanks again. Be safe always.

Thanks for the well-made video and the suggestion for what to do with the scraps at the end. Will try that too! Can the wrappers be frozen then come apart easily? Frozen piled up pasta can freeze and separate really well but it’s not as compressed as these wrapper piles. Thx!
  • Thanks for the video, really love them and listing out the diff measurements for diff pax is so thoughtful! May I ask if this skin is suitable for steamed dumplings as well? Thank you :)

Hi thanks for this. Can I just use 1 type - all purpose flour instead of cake flour and bread flour?

bonjour merci beaucoup pour la recette ou je peux acheter le gluten ?
  • Why do you mix the flour before putting it into the machine? Doesn’t the machine mix it anyway?

What is cake flour T65 and bread flour T 45? What's that means?
  • @wami2953
Why you need to add gluten? Do we have to add it?

    做的很好但太费时了,和手工擀皮没有什么区别
