Ed Sheeran welcomed his first child last year and divulged to Ellen that he has found purpose being a dad to his daughter Lyra, acknowledging it's something more important in life than his job. The multiple Grammy winner also reminisced on his first appearance on the show, how he likes to do surprising things for his music videos and explains just how pale he is.

Ed has always been a huge inspiration for me. Not just because of his amazing music and versatility, but also because of how humble and genuine he is. He still sound like a normal guy talking even though he’s one of the biggest stars in music. Major respect for this man

Ed is like a real life Disney movie, yet he faced tremendous pressure and criticism he still prevailed with enormous success. He could easily be snobby and rude like most celebrities but he is just the opposite. He’s proof that never giving up on yourself and hard work you can accomplish your dreams.

From his big hits 'you need me I don't need you' to 'thinking out loud' to now 'merry Christmas' , I gather the initiation process once again reflects it can be challenging for people to work together, with one another and also get along. Commendable efforts contributed.

It has been 2 years that I follow Ellen shows , I learned lots of things: from becoming familiar with World celebrities to learning English language , I remember I was not able to catch the speech of Ellen and his guests 😢 I was very unappy about that but I never gave up untill I learning this forien Language well ,every weeks I had great compassion ❤ to watch Ellen shows Still I watch and never miss any Single segment of her shows . I want to say your very speciall!! the way I speak now is all about your speeches and your shows Your are my turning point in my live , not only I learned English from you but I have learned kindness, Moral , integrity 😊 ..
