Seven years ago, a father in Georgia did the same thing to his toddler, who also passed in the hot car. That father got life in prison without parole. This father should experience the same type of sentence. He lied about his timeline.

Why would you leave your baby in a car to begin with? I don’t understand, I have two who are grown and I NEVER left them in a vehicle while they were sleeping. They’re easier to move around while sleeping. Some people shouldn’t have children.

All because he didn't want to deal with a woke baby. My ex did this once. I started taking my baby with me to work after he did this. I have an idea this wasn't the first time this "father" had done this.

The story doesn't make sense at all, obviously hes lying and had done it on purpose. Forget the features in a car that shuts it off. Just dont leave kids in the car, period. Damn this in Arizona, too!

You don’t leave a kid in a car alone…PERIOD. He left the motor running. If someone had broken a window and stolen the car with the child in it, the dad would have been boohooing and asking for “prayers” for her return. He killed her. There’s no excuse for what he did.

This is not the fault of Acura. This was his choice to leave her in a car while he was at home in their house.

Make it makes sense. He made it home and said he left the kid in the car to sleep. Why didn't you take the kid into the house you took your PlayStation in the house you took your lab top.
