Since my childhood I thought when my Mom said that this body is composed of five elements, when she said " Aakash" I always thought and asked her.. Water, Earth, Air, Fire I can understand but how can "SKY" be Inside me???? I always wondered about it.. After so many Years Because Sadhguru ji I understood what actually this Akash means...
