awareness is unmoving completely still ..beyond mind beyond consciousness beyond bliss and ecstasy.. one sleeps 3 hours a day if at all .. . one had Ananda Mayi ma come visit .. .lol. .lol.. come to a complete stop.. do not try . do not seek.. just stop.. what will happen.. to transcend the mind is very very simple.. either look directly for the "mind" .. or ask the mind "hey mind go crazy tell a story" and only only listen .. . you will enter pure stillness beyond any nonsense in a instant.. these pointers are not truths.. but the great eternal silence will be known and live.. your "person will be seen as a thought only" jai ma.. free yourself by losing yourself.. lol the nameless formless timeless deathless no one at zero.. the saying no one is perfect is true.. good luck .. pls do not comment unless you actually try these pointers.. jai mother of all.

What i could read was that, Here Sadhguru differentiate between awareness and mental alertness on first part. Then he explains awareness, which is yourself and you can not work on improving it rather can work on things that obstract or cover it from your experience, which is your mind and body. And on that context he mentioned abandon. Also that heavenly state you can create here itself, hoi don't have to wait to go there for it.
