  • Labour government need funding in order to develop faster dinghies for the English Channel, so I am not very optimistic.

The Japanese bring fresh ideas remember the first AESA system developed for the Mitsubishi F2 was soon copied by the Americans then later the Europeans . The funding issue will be tough but at least all 3 partners are united while the Germans and French squabble like 2 bald men fighting over a comb.
  • 😅 looks like you haven't been keeping up to date with the US improvements in the aviation and planes. May I suggest and research your comment😂

I object to the better than interpretation while others have different expertise's and make the enemy address different threats. Mine might be faster while yours has more range while another has better sensors or and is more stealthy. I do not want one size fits all!! We would have soared with the YF 23 and f-22 and put our enemy in a deep quandary. Now we just have an aging diminishing old stealth fighter.
