Canoe and Kayak overnight river camping / Campfire Tacos. Camping never tasted so good!

I take my canoe and a fishing buddy, back to the lost river camp for some campfire cooking and coffee and a peaceful night spent with the owls.

Dinner was an Asian Fusion recipe consisting of Yakatori Chicken Tacos with a Lime Crema sauce. These were amazing and have become one of Campfire favorites! They would have been better if I didn't forgotten the Cilantro :(
