My uncle had a '76 century custom , T roof, blue/white interior with the automatic floor console, bucket seats , beautiful car

That is in fact a Buick 350 V8. Note the distributor at the front of the engine. Old V8s have an oil filler tube at the front of the engine. Also note the Buick exclusive valve covers. That being said, this is a beautiful example.

My father had that exact car .. same color with white racing stripe. It was a nice car with all the bell of whistles of the time, with a sporty edge. The radio of his also stopped working, so we ended up replacing it with a nicer stereo.

Nice car 😊

I Wouldn't lower it. Leave it stock. I Have a 76 Monty Carlo the same color. It a great cruiser.😊

May I ask how much did it sell for?
-
My favorite car

Convert it to electric .800 Ho power plant plug in electric. Keep the suspension mostly as original adding some sway bars. Reinforce sound insulation. Add AC, repair dashboard crack and redo the entire body for debts, under carriage details. It would be exquisite. A true Phaeton carriage. Reinforce door structure with anti intrusion bars.. I mean make it impecable. This is a truly gorgeous body. Change the headlights to high efficiency light sources. Just a lovely car it would be. Ready for the next century.

Is it still available?

Mine was blue with white

Heck, that's a really nice-looking car! Tranny leak, though, could be a pain in the neck to repair. Seems like mechanics nowadays don't know how to work on these kinds of cars.

Proofreading is your friend. (Hint: spelling in title)

It seems to drive very well... 👍

That's a Buick 350 if it was an Olds rocket it would be gold and not blue.
-
Thats a buick 350 not olds

The body/chassis of this car is VERY, VERY GOOD! It's too bad it has a Buick "350" and not the WONDERFUL "Olds Rocket 350"! This was the BEST "350" variation G.M. EVER PRODUCED! A TRULY GREAT MOTOR!
