  • You talked me thru that last one at 6 incline 4 speed! I love your tread workouts. Use them every day after my weights to get my step/cardio in. I love all the different types of tread workouts you post. Changing it up daily is what works!😊🎉❤

    New subscriber here, can't believe i just discoverd this channel! Been doing treadmill for a year now just jogging for 30 minutes a day and gradually raising the speed. -45lbs later i find it harder and harder to drop the weight and stay motivated. Tried music , scenery on the TV but its really tough. You guys are awsome and really help me stay motivated and i learned quite a bit on different ways to exercice with the treadmill. Gonna try the HIIT workouts this week 🤞 Keep up the great work!

  • Will not lie I was apprehensive to do a walk. I feel like I am cheating and not doing a workout . But I am tired and sore so decided to do it and I am glad I did. You do this babe at 4.5 you will be tired. I did bring the hill up a bit higher. Thank you.
