3:53 You are so right about including cleaning supplies when gathering supplies for a decluttering session. Have dust rags and a broom handy so you don't have to interrupt your decluttering.

Hi Teresa, I really like the last part, about the book case. I think your natural energy and fun personality comes out there! To me, it’s always better when you say, and show, what you’ve done rather than try to say what I should do 😉🙏

Great tips Teresa! I love your bookcases and how you styled them! 🌟 Happy Sunday! 💓💓💓

Yippee! Now I have less competition at the thrift store for the month of February 😅. I did my declutter in January. Practicing one in one out rule now. Has helped significantly when making decisions at the thrift store. I have been able to leave some items behind and swap UP on some others.

Im working hard at this challenge and feeling good with my progress thus for. I've pared my personal choice of finishing up a sewing project with the "no spending." Last week, I spent half of what we normally spend on groceries as well as using up food in the freezer. Whoo hoo! Off to a good start I am! On your list of tips in this video, #6 &10 were two that are hitting home. I have several pieces of damaged furniture that I found roadside or were given to me that I had planned to refinish and sell at an antique booth I once had. I closed the booth three years ago and have saved them with the thought that I would refinish and sell. This was a hobby I used to enjoy but has been replaced with cooking, baking, and picking up sewing again. But these vintage and antique pieces are so beautiful. But Uh, too damaged to donate, or too much work for anyone I know in the same business, and it would make me just sick to put them back on the roadside where most were found. Like you mentioned, you had given up on the printing blocks. Well, I've clearly given up on these furniture pieces, and I know it, but I don’t have the heart to just throw them out when with some TLC they could be around for another 50 years. Any suggestions for me?

Mrs B here, decluttering my file cabinet this month. Today tossed the receipts from building our house 7 years ago. Next drawer is card fronts saved because I "might want to make a card using that" - tossing tomorrow!

I have too many magazines and books. I have many vintage items in this category because of my mixed media hobby that I can’t seem to find time to enjoy. I’m not very far from retirement though so there will be more time before too long. In the meantime, I’m going to pass along a good portion of my collection.
