Good Morning Dear Lou 😊😊. I live in a forest in northern California where it’s light outside at 5:30 AM, but the sun doesn’t actually rise until about 8 AM. Likewise, the sun sets for us at 6:30 PM below the tree line, but it doesn’t get dark outside until after 9 PM. I can sleep at anytime during the day so thank goodness the sunrise and sunset don’t affect me. It’s so nice to see a video from you Lou 🩷🩷🩷

I confirm that in Europe the sun sets late in Summer. I'm French and it gets dark around 10 p.m.

Lou, maybe consider cutting your hair a bit? If a lot of hair falls out, it can mean that it doesn't stay healthy in longer lenghts. I had this same issue, and no vitamin fixed it. As we get older, our hormones change and so does our hair. 😊

Thanks for another amazing video! May I suggest the next time you shop at Daiso buy a set of rubber-tipped spatulas. I know how you are not a wasteful person, so I think they will save you so much! When you mixed the batter for the bagels, there was so much left batter left in the bowl. Using the spatula would have beautifully cleaned that bowl for at least another bagel! I use them and I love them, I thought you would too. By the way, I LOVE your nail polish too! I bought the same color and received so many compliments. I told my friends about you. Thanks for being a positive influence on YouTube, and I must say...your viewers leave such encouraging comments! ❤

Hello Lou . I live in the eastern part of continental Europe and these days the sun disappears after 10: 30 pm . Right now it’s the school holiday, but imagine parents trying to get kids in bed when it’s bright and warm outside because they need to get up at 7 am for school ! But then in Winter we are the last of continental Europe to have daylight ...by 9 am ...not pleasant. 😮😊

Here in Eastern Canada, our sunrise is around 6am and our sunset is just after 9pm. Love seeing snippets from your life in Japan 😊.

Hi Lou, living in Southern California the sun rises around 6 am and sunset is around 8 pm these days but the days start getting shorter little by little. Good to see your smile and that you're happy as well. Take care!

Our sun rose about 5:30 this morning and will set at 9. I have blackout curtains that help as I have to be asleep by 8PM to work early in the morning. I also have a lamp that goes through a sunset and sunrise program which helps. I love my early morning work day so I can go out after work and be home before dark even in winter!
