How would you know they are illegal? There should be none of it left to see if they were legal or not if they started the fire.

Yeah im sure a roof made of asphalt shingles caught on fire from fireworks. Get outta here. For those of us who know exactly how long and what temperature you need to start a fire with bo help of liguid lighters its almost inpossible.
