It tried to use its front legs to cling tightly to the steps to avoid being swept away by the water, its tired eyes looked around looking for help. I Thank you for caring for baby puppy. Best to take him home to your home and just let him eat , sleep and get use to your home. Just let him grow and later take him for short walks in the grass and flowers. Watch out for other dogs by their owners.
