Whats wrong now?

After sitting for more than a year, I started my Jeep and now it dosen't sound like it should. What's wrong with it this time? No really, I'm still trying to figure it out but I'm not ready to tear everything apart yet. any ideas?

Maybe add a quart of lucas when changing oil?

If no water or fuel in oil should be fine .
