4:15 I sympathize with the workers that are led by the capitalists, but to make change and innovation requires certain individuals to take responsibility. I dont believe everyone can handle the power that they are given or are suited to take on certain responsibility. Capitalists are the effect of taking on responsibility. By investing their capital into projects, to fulfill demand, they are taking responsibility, and ulimately they are going to need workers, and hence, they get into the position that you talk about (the capitalist over the workers). In the end the capitalists are punished if they cannot create value (profit) by losing their capital. If the "responsibility taker" - the capitalist - is productive and create value (profit), he is rewarded by means of capital and can take on larger responsibility with his larger capital. But I don't think that everyone should or could have the responsibility role, the effect of which is to limit power to certain individuals in society. In the end I do believe that capitalists should show care towards his workers, but that his role should not be eliminated, as you mention.

Jason: I became a Marxist, because I became a worker in the 1st world and it sucks! Also Jason: Communist revolution in the 1st world will never happen, because workers there have it too good! Now that's a real contradiction, not one of the phony Marxist ones XD
