    Keep working with this guy he pushes you to finish each rep correctly all the way thru. Your frame is top 3 in the world so the hams stick out. Gotta get more cuts in ham and shredded gluten. Tht instantly makes you top 3 at olympia and winner if conditioning is right. You and Sampson are the future but he will be first if those hams ain't cut. Add cardio during cut
