Are you happy? Is happiness a constant state of mind when you find it? Or does it ebb and flow? Sometimes I'm happy, in moments. Sometimes I go long stretches...and it really seems hopeless. Yeah, yeah, and yeah...be grateful. I get it. I like days where I don't have to search for gratitude. When it comes naturally, I know I'm in a good space.

Lovely video. About two and a half years ago when I was living in Little Rock Arkansas a Frida Kahlo and Diego exhibit was held there. She's an amazing and inspirational artist. You've been missed Sherry. Glad to see a new creation of yours.
