Suspension of Fatima Payman caused ‘anger’ in Muslim community

Published 2024-07-02
The Australian’s NSW Political Reporter Alexi Demetriadi says there is “anger” in the Muslim community about the suspension of Fatima Payman from the Labor Party.

A campaign is underway by the Islamic community called ‘The Muslim Vote’, which hopes to target many Labor seats.

Mr Demetriadi told Sky News host Peta Credlin that the “main platform" it will run on is pro-Palestine.

"The Muslim Vote"? We don't have "The Christian Vote" "The Hindu Vote" "The Buddhist Vote"... Why does it even exist? Why the special treatment? Why are they building to gather votes? Do they have a plan or somethin?
  • Has anyone ever known the "Muslim community" to be anything other than "angry"? It seems to be their constant mode of existence.

The problem isn't the fundamentalists in Islam, the problem is the fundamentals OF Islam

This is what they do when you let them in to Australia - use democracy to get their way.

Serious question- Under Sharia law are women allowed to hold leadership positions over men?

I was born in Sydney in 1934 and there was none of this Muslim nonsense right through my childhood and early adult life. Since Muslims have come to this country in the recent era everything to then was normal and commenced changing in the 1990s. If the design was to bring unhappiness and cultural change then the Muslims have succeeded.
