What I heard from a coffee manufacturer, those 3 in 1 coffee is using a rejected coffee beans from the coffee plantation. The manufacturer use certain additives to make the taste consistent, so any good or bad coffee beans has no issue for them. I’ve stop drinking 3 in 1 for years and making my own coffee using French press, personal espresso pump, or just a simple v drip. Always drink black coffee, no sugar, no creamer or milk.

As a coffee addict, this documentary was everything!!! thank u

A better form of “instant coffee” for me is the cold brewed coffee, a concentrate that is kept in the refrigerator until needed to pour with or without other ingredients.

In short,3 in 1,mostly sugars and additives.Coffee bags(mostly),were usually roasted with margerine, sugars and rice. So,buy fresh roasted beans grind and brew! A healthier lifestyle start from a better choice.

Hey...This one actually is a balanced, no fuzz eye-opener: for serious caffeine lovers! Great presentation sir...And oh, personally, have not been drinking my own coffee in terms of health consciousness aspects until recently, with borderline type 2 D. :yougotthis: not much but something to watch out for. and vids like these help a lot... I'd rather die tho than not have a whiff of good dark coffee aroma for my day-in/day-out grind. LOL Enjoying my Iced black while watching here, from the Philippines! ^_^

I was addicted to this coffee, drinking 6 to 8 cups per day. One morning, I got up and threw my supply of coffee in the trash. That was three years ago. I went through withdrawals for a week. My mood was not good and I refused to be around other people because I was so angry. I haven't touched coffee or tea in three years, and coke or other sodas in eight years.

I love coffee and this was interesting to watch.
-
In my view, these 3-in-1 instant coffees are not actually coffee. I call it 'coffee-flavored' sugar.
-
Love sugar in my cup. Love your way of work. Very prof & fun.

Freshly brewed > 3 in 1. But sometimes, due to lack of time, it still works.
