"An angry man was caught on video last week attacking a fellow passenger at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, apparently because he thought the man was gay. But then, a group of bystanders, including a man in a cowboy hat, quickly took action to bring the man down, according to the video.

WARNING: The video, and description below, contain some NSFW language.

Before the fight, the man in the cowboy hat tries to intervene.” *

Young Turk (n), 1. Young progressive or insurgent member of an institution, movement, or political party. 2. Young person who rebels against authority or societal expectations. (American Heritage Dictionary)

The Young Turks (Winner - Best Political Podcast & Best Political News Site of 2009) were the first original talk show on Sirius satellite radio and the first live, daily webcast on the internet. But that is not the revolution.

We are a rare show that combines all of the news that people care about in one place. We are not afraid to talk about politics and entertainment and sports and pop culture. But that is not the revolution either.

The real revolution is in daring to be honest with people. We don't patronize our viewers or lie to them. We have real conversations and deliver the news honestly.

  • I don't remember ever seeing a straight person abused and threatened like that for being straight. Remind me again why Boston needs a straight pride?
  • @TheEnder3
Little late but imagine being so insecure about your masculinity you'll beat up men wearing pink shirts🤦
  • And people say that gay people are using the gay card under real situations of harassment at the work place. When homophobia is relevant and also still an issue.
  • @Chlo255
Pink shirt=gay? What decade is this 😂
  • @stellabar623
One Security only got involved when citizens took the homophobe down. 🤦‍♀️
  • @taotechnique
Jeez wth. Pink has nothing to do with sexual orientation. Pink is just a color, who cares. If i had to associate that color with something, id say breast cancer awareness. I dont get people sometimes. Well, most of the time, haha. Anytime someone says "cause this is 'murica," my blood boils in embarrassment and shame.

Homophobia, racism, agesim, sexism and all of this hate for what? NATURE did not intend for everyone to be the same. Everyone do not look the same or love the same we are all different. And that is what make the world a beautiful place. If we all looked the same and if we acted the same than the world would be a BORING place. Can't you see! Diversity is beautiful! Stop the hatred and admire and acknowledge the beauty in this world. Stop turning all of this beauty into something ugly because you can't accept peoples differences
  • @DonHow
That was really cool how citizens jumped in to defend him.
  • @amaccoy
And he gets taken down by a guy in a shirt 10x louder than the one he was yelling about.
  • @fishcious
I simply don't understand why men are homophobic.  I wish more men were homosexual...less competition.
  • Those workers need to be fired. That is not okay for them to stand there an watch this going on.
  • @ardesh007
The members of the public in The airport did a great job that was not theirs and the police proved a point that the police are a waste of time and space.
  • @jeon_guk8167
" he's queer!" I didn't realize a pink shirt made you gay but okay ThEn smh
  • @limitless4249
Very brave police officer... waits for the bad guy to be tackled by a mob before he reacts.
  • @MMAJE5
“...it takes a cowboy to bring a homophobe down.” LOVE IT.
  • @Traewing
