I install a Big Bore kit on my IceBear Champion CT70 clone. Which takes it from 125cc to 141cc . In addition to the V2 race head. Also used is the VM26 carburetor. This kit makes a big improvement..
I bought my parts from TboltUSA.com.
The kit I used was TB9127 14mm wrist pin
I set valves to .003 int and ex.
Any questions put them in the comments. Thanks

  • Man thanks for the real life video! I don't have this bike but have been thinking about it. looks like fun.

Nice bike dude I just bought the same one a week ago still haven't got it yet but I'm really excited about it

good job for sure, you should have just 190 swapped it though. i dont know what it cost to do what you did. imo the 190 is the better thing to do as its also a 5 speed and can cruise effortlessly. ride safe out there and enjoy.

These are fun I was going to get one but I got a icebear scooter 150cc so much fun
  • Wow you done a good job with that bike even before the head kit that thing is moving swiftly with that big body of yours on there hahaha mine's the same way has a lot of torque I was pleasantly surprised But first second and third are basically unusable because of the torque I wish there were a lot taller well maybe second and third I basically ride around in 3rd and 4th as long as I'm rolling and don't come to a complete stop she'll move along pretty quick I didn't put my heel toe shifter on correctly also I put it on level I should have made the heel higher because I can't push down on it and I snapped the bolt anyways good job man!

Gunny, I am not on facebook. Yes you can post it on there if you like. Thanks
  • You could have got a real menuki 22 mm from summit racing with jets that you have to order with. Big difference with that Chinese copy carburetor I have a trail Buddy thumper pipe also on mine.
  • Your video is appreciated! Your rear shocks caught my eye; the oe Little Bear shocks rattle from the start, other Honda ct70 clone owners have remarked. Where did you purchase the rear shocks? Will the VM26 carb work on the 125cc motor?

Your bike looks all around perfect. Great job Sir. Did you put different turn signals/indicators on your bike? Seem from the pics most of those little bikes were clear lenses?
