* 25 New Mexican Red Chile Pods
* 1 Shallot
* 5 Cloves Garlic
* 4 cps Vegetable Stock (after cooking Save 1 & 1/4 Cp of liquid for Blending)
* 1 tsp cumin (Add During Blending)
* 1 T Dried Mexican Oregano (Add During Blending)
* 1 tsp Salt (or to Taste) (either Add According to how I added in Video Or all at once After Blending During Simmer Stage on StoveTop)
