I am a 64-year-old post-menopausal woman. I also live in Texas where there is a ban. Just because it doesn't impact me personally, it impacts many many other women who live in this state. If that jackass thinks it's not important to me because I am not personally impacted by it, he is gravely mistaken.

The Democratic National Convention features 3 former presidents, vice presidents, and candidates. Meanwhile the Trump National Convention features only 1 former president, himself, and no former vice presidents or nominees of his party. That should speak volumes.

I am a 69 year old man. Reproductive rights are not simply a women's issue. I have daughters, female family members, women friends and neighbors. Their right and the right of all American women to control decisions about their own body needs to be a concern to all, as it is for men who care about the women in their lives.

I'm from Pennsylvania. Don't underestimate PA women by thinking that we don't have a strong interest in reproductive healthcare, including the right to have an abortion. I have daughters, granddaughters, young female friends, male friends, and they all could be impacted by not having reproductive freedom. Do NOT think we're sitting on the sidelines on this issue!
